OCA modules for Odoo

This module allows to view the hierarchy of generated production orders when several levels of bill of materials are involved.

This module adds a production location field to stock picking types, allowing you to define specific production locations for manufacturing operations. When a manufacturing order (MRP Production) is created with a picking type that has a production location configured, that location will override the default production location computation.

This module adopts the functionality of stock_move_line_auto_fill in the manufacturing order.

This module creates in production orders a new field to add notes in rich text format.

This module provides a wizard to add extra workorders based on existing BOM operations, and to select where such workorder should be added.

This module add an onchange that updates the operation type based on the product while creating a new MO manually.

This module allows to apply putaway strategies to the products resulting from the manufacturing orders. The finished products will be placed in the location designated by the putaway strategy (if they do not have another destination move), based on the finished products location that was defined in the manufacturing order.

This module allows you to manually select quants for components of the manufacturing order. The module depends on stock_quant_manual_assign \ module.

This module extends the functionality of Manufacturing to allow you to use Manufacturing Request (MR) as a previous step to Manufacturing Orders (MO). Some of the benefits you can obtain are: · Allow managers to review what is going to be manufactured. · Better control of manufacturing calendar. · Manage big requirements splitting them in batches. · Know your bottleneck component in advance and only schedule what you really can build.

This module aims to ease the processing of Manufacturing Orders with the following characteristics: · The finished product is tracked by unique serial numbers. · The quantity to be produced is more than one unit. · Some of the components are tracked by serial numbers and/or lots.

Allows to download a xlsx file to fill it up with the actual matrix in a separate application. Also, you can upload the file to correctly fill all the matrix automatically.

Allows to validate Serial Matrix as a queue_job.

Extends mrp_production_serial_matrix to support Odoo subcontracting flows. A Serial Numbers Matrix button is added to the receipt transfer for subcontracted products tracked by serial number, so the user can fill the component lots/serials matrix without having to open the subcontracting record-components modal first. When the matrix finishes processing (either successfully or with an error), the user who launched it is notified with a message posted on the subcontracting…

This module allows to always show the "post inventory" button on manufacturing order form view. Normally this button is only available in debug mode.

This module adds a "Split" button to Manufacturing Orders. Manufacturing Orders can be split as long as they haven't been completed yet. For products tracked by "Serial Number", it allows to choose the Quantity to extract from the original MO, and it'll create one MO per single unit. For other products, more options are available, that will let you do things like: · Extract 10 units from a MO into 5 MOs of 2 units each. · Extract 10 units from a MO into a single new MOs. ·…

This module enforces that each Manufacturing Order (MO) has a unique lot number for its finished products. A lot generated by one MO cannot be reused in another MO, and this constraint is applied when validating the production. Additionally, to improve user usability, the domain of the lot_producing_ids field has been updated to ensure only lot numbers that have not been used are selectable, only in case the product is tracked by lots.

This module adds an Unstart button on Manufacturing Orders to move them from In Progress back to Confirmed, and a Started On date that records when the Manufacturing Order was actually started. Since 19.0, the actual start date is stored in a dedicated Started On field instead of overwriting the scheduled date of the Manufacturing Order.

Propagates selected stock lot fields from a consumed component to the produced lots of a manufacturing order, including flagged by-products.

This module allows to create a repair order from manufacturing order when that one is done. One repair only is linked to the one manufacturing order.

This module allows to bypass the limitation of Odoo, where a component that was added and removed from a finished product through repair orders, and built in a finished product using manufacturing order, before being removed or unbuilt, cannot be used again in a manufacturing order.
