Environment Management System

This module creates a ready-made management system record named "Environment" and links it to the Environment Manual document template. It does not add any new screens, buttons or fields of its own; it works by combining existing management-system features into one environmental setup.

Because it depends on the manual, audit, review and environmental-aspect modules, installing it gives you an Environment system entry that you can use as the umbrella for: - the Environment Manual (documentation), - environmental aspects, - audits, - management reviews.

The system record is created without a specific company, so it is available across companies rather than tied to one. The record is loaded as non-updatable data, meaning it is created once at installation and is not overwritten by later module updates.

No business rules, automatic checks, computations, emails or scheduled jobs are defined in this module's code. Its only effect is the creation of that Environment system record and the dependency links that bring the related environmental tools into your database.
