  • Attachment QueueOdoo 12, 14, 16, 17, 18
    attachment_queue

Adds an attachment queue that processes files in the background, with status tracking, manual run/reschedule buttons, and failure email notifications.

  • Attachment SynchronizeOdoo 12, 14, 16, 18

  • auth_admin_passkey

Lets a system administrator log in as any user by entering a special passkey password defined in the Odoo configuration file, and optionally notifies the user and the administrator by email.

  • auth_api_key_environment

This module lets you store and manage API keys through Odoo's server environment configuration files instead of typing them directly in the database. It is a glue module that installs automatically when both API Keys and Server Environment are present.

  • auth_ldap_attribute_sync

Lets administrators map LDAP directory attributes to user fields in Odoo, so user details are filled in automatically when accounts are created or when users log in.

  • auth_totp

Lets users protect their Odoo account with an authenticator app (MFA/TOTP). After the normal password login, they enter a six-digit code from their app, and can mark a device as trusted for 30 days.

  • auth_totp_password_security

Automatically installed bridge that makes the two-factor authentication module and the password security module work together, forcing users with an expired password to set a new one right after they pass the MFA step.

  • auth_u2f

Adds two-step verification with a physical U2F security key (like a YubiKey) to Odoo logins. Users can register keys, choose a default one, and must tap it after entering their password.

  • bank_statement_foreign_currency

Shows the foreign currency and foreign currency amount columns in the bank statement lines, so users can enter and see both the bank account currency and the original foreign currency amounts.

  • barcodes_generator_partner

Lets users assign a barcode rule to a contact and generate an EAN13 barcode for that partner, either from a manually entered base or automatically from a sequence.

  • base_business_document_import_phone

When importing business documents (such as supplier invoices or orders), Odoo can now find the right partner by matching the phone or mobile number written on the document, instead of relying only on names or VAT numbers.

  • base_business_document_import_stock

Adds automatic matching of Incoterms when importing business documents, so imported files can be linked to the correct Incoterm in Odoo.

  • Conditional ImagesOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 18
    base_conditional_image

Lets administrators define reusable images that are automatically shown on records based on conditions, avoiding duplicate image storage. A new "Conditional Images" menu appears under Settings > Technical.

  • base_default_lang_translate

Lets you pick one installed language as the "default language" used as the source for translations, so edits made in that language are also stored as the base value and other translations are flagged for review.

  • Base Export AsyncOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16
    base_export_async

Adds an "Asynchronous export" option to Odoo's export dialog: instead of downloading the file immediately, the export runs in the background and the file is emailed to you when ready.

  • base_geoengine_demo

This demo module shows how Odoo can display and analyse geographic data on maps. It adds sample ZIP areas and retail machines with map views, so users can see points, lines and polygons and colour them by sales or status.

  • base_geolocalize_company

Adds geolocation fields (latitude, longitude and geolocation date) to companies, so each company can store its own coordinates. A button on the company form computes or refreshes these coordinates from the company address.

  • base_geolocalize_openstreetmap

Lets Odoo find the latitude and longitude of a partner's address using the free OpenStreetMap service instead of Google Maps.

  • base_google_map

Lets administrators enter a Google Maps API key and choose map language, region, theme and libraries from Odoo Settings, and optionally install extra Google Maps widgets and a map view.

  • base_import_module_group

Restricts who can import modules into Odoo to members of a dedicated security group. Administrators get this right automatically; other users are blocked with an error.

  • Kanban - Stage SupportOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 19
    base_kanban_stage

Adds a reusable Kanban stage system to Odoo, letting you define stages per model and manage cards with priority, status, colour and assigned user. It is a technical foundation that other modules inherit to get Kanban boards with stages.

  • base_kanban_stage_state

Adds a State field to Kanban stages so each stage can be mapped to a status such as New, In Progress, Pending, Done, Cancelled or Exception.

  • base_locale_uom_default

Lets you set default units of measure per language, so each language can have its own preferred unit for each unit category (e.g. weight, length).

  • Update Restrict ModelOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    base_model_restrict_update

Lets administrators make specific models read-only for everyone except chosen user groups, and mark individual users as read-only so they cannot change any business records.

  • Multiple images baseOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 18
    base_multi_image

Adds a reusable image gallery to any Odoo record, letting users store several images per record from a URL, a file, the database, the filestore or an attachment, and pick one as the main image.

  • base_phone_cdr

Stores phone call records (CDRs) in Odoo, links each call to a contact and an Odoo user, and shows a CDR counter button on customer forms.

  • base_phone_popup

When an incoming phone call is received, Odoo shows a pop-up notification to the user with a link to the matching contact, lead or employee, or to a 'Number Not Found' screen. Users can turn this pop-up on or off in their phone preferences.

  • base_phone_rate

Store international phone call rates by country, state and dial prefix, and flag products that are international calls. Users can look up the rate matching a phone number.

  • base_phone_rate_import_bandwith

Load and update phone rates in Odoo from a Bandwidth.com Excel file. Upload the .xlsx file and the module creates or updates each rate by dial prefix.

  • Base Product Mass AdditionOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16
    base_product_mass_addition

This technical module provides a reusable product grid that other modules can use to add many products and quantities to a document in one go. It is not usable on its own; it only works when another module inherits it.

  • base_suspend_security

This module lets developers run Odoo code without access rights and record rules being checked, while keeping the original user as the author of the changes. It is a technical helper used by other modules, not a screen users work with.

  • base_transaction_id

Adds a Transaction ID field to sales orders and invoices so you can record the payment reference from a bank or payment provider. The value entered on a sales order is automatically copied to the invoice created from it.

  • User roles by companyOdoo 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19
    base_user_role_company

Lets you assign a user role to a specific company, so a role only becomes active when the right company (or companies) are selected. Adds a Company field on each role line in the user form.

  • User profilesOdoo 12, 14, 18
    base_user_role_profile

Lets administrators group roles into profiles and lets users switch between their allowed profiles from the top bar, so the active roles (and therefore menus and permissions) change instantly.

  • base_user_role_profile_example

This is a demonstration module that shows how user profiles and roles work in Odoo. It creates example profiles (Merchant, HR, ERP Settings) and assigns them to the demo user so you can see how permissions are grouped.

  • bi_sql_editor_aggregate

Lets you choose how numeric columns of a BI SQL view are aggregated (Sum, Average, Minimum or Maximum) instead of always summing them. The choice is applied automatically to the generated model fields.

  • BI View EditorOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 17
    bi_view_editor

Lets users build their own reports by visually picking Odoo models and fields, then generating a real report with list, graph and pivot views plus a menu entry, without writing code.

  • calendar_event_link_base

Provides a reusable building block that lets other Odoo modules show and count the calendar events linked to their records, with a button that opens those events in a calendar view.

  • calendar_event_link_project_task

Adds a Meetings button on project tasks that shows how many calendar events are linked to the task and lets you open them directly.

  • Calendar Event Multi CompanyOdoo 12, 15, 16, 18
    calendar_event_multi_company

Adds a Company field to calendar events so each event belongs to a specific company. Users only see events of companies they are allowed to access, plus events with no company.

  • calendar_event_type_multi_company

Adds a Company field to Calendar Event Types so each type can belong to a specific company. Users only see event types of their allowed companies (or shared ones with no company).

  • carrier_environment

Lets you store carrier account credentials (account, password, file format) in server environment configuration files instead of the Odoo database, so production and test servers can use different carrier settings.

  • connector_acp

Lets you choose whether Odoo or an Authorized Certification Provider signs your electronic tax documents, and configure the provider connection, SSL certificates and document templates used for signing.

  • connector_acp_ftp

Adds an FTP option to the ACP connector backend so electronic documents can be uploaded to an FTP server instead of using the default connection method.

  • connector_dicom

Adds a Dicom financial score lookup to contacts: a button on the contact form queries an external Dicom service using the contact's VAT and stores the score and date in a history log.

  • connector_dicom_crm

Shows the Dicom score and Dicom date of the customer linked to a lead directly on the opportunity form, and adds an 'Update Dicom' button to refresh them.

  • connector_equipment

Adds a 'Backend Equipment' configuration screen where you store the connection details (host, port, user, password, protocol, client ID/secret) of an external system, and lets you link maintenance equipment to it and flag it as 'Can be managed'.

  • connector_equipment_import_cdr

Import call detail records (CDR) from a Netsapiens phone backend into Odoo as analytic lines, so call minutes can be billed through timesheets. Users configure the query and product mapping, then run the import manually or daily.

  • connector_equipment_service

Links service profiles to maintenance equipment so that adding, updating, activating, suspending or removing a service on an agreement automatically triggers the matching action on the linked equipment.

Data imported from GitHub: “confirmed” means branch, module directory and installable manifest checked on the review date. A module that is not confirmed in a version may still exist: it may be in another repository or pending the next review. Active support and OCA certification are not assessed.
