  • account_bank_statement_clear_partner

Adds a 'Clear partners' button on bank statements that removes the partner assigned to every line that has not yet been reconciled.

  • account_bank_statement_clearing_account

  • account_bank_statement_import_adyen

Import Adyen settlement detail reports (CSV/Excel) as bank statements in a dedicated journal, matching each Adyen merchant account to a journal. Fees such as commission, markup, scheme fees and interchange are grouped into one extra line.

  • account_bank_statement_import_camt_oca

Import bank statements in SEPA CAMT.053 and CAMT.054 XML format, including zipped files, directly into Odoo's bank statement import screen.

  • account_bank_statement_import_coda

Lets you import Belgian bank statements in the standard CODA file format directly into Odoo's bank statement import wizard, creating statements and their transaction lines automatically.

  • account_bank_statement_import_fr_cfonb

This module lets you import French CFONB bank statement files (fixed-length 120-character text files) directly into Odoo's bank statement import wizard, so transactions and balances are created automatically.

  • account_bank_statement_import_guess_partner

When you import a bank statement, Odoo tries to fill in the customer or vendor automatically by matching the transaction reference or label against invoices and sales orders.

  • account_bank_statement_import_move_line

Adds an "Import Journal Items" button on open bank statements that opens a wizard to filter, select and turn existing journal items into bank statement lines.

  • account_bank_statement_import_oca_camt54

Import CAMT.054 payment detail files into Odoo and automatically match customer invoices using the payment reference. It also fills in the statement closing balance and can find the customer from the Swiss ISR reference.

  • account_bank_statement_import_ofx

This module lets you import bank statements in OFX format directly into Odoo, so you can reconcile bank transactions without manual entry.

  • account_bank_statement_import_online

Lets you configure bank journals to fetch statements automatically from an online provider, and pull them on demand or on a schedule. This module is the base framework; actual bank connections come from separate provider modules.

  • account_bank_statement_import_online_adyen

Automatically download Adyen payment (settlement) reports and import them as bank statements in Odoo, using an online bank statement provider configured on a journal.

  • account_bank_statement_import_online_paypal

Adds PayPal.com as an online bank statement provider in Odoo, so users can automatically pull their PayPal transaction history into Odoo as bank statement lines.

  • account_bank_statement_import_online_ponto

Connect Odoo to Qonto bank accounts so bank statements and transactions are downloaded automatically into Odoo's online bank statement provider.

  • account_bank_statement_import_online_transferwise

Import PayPal CSV reports (Statement or Activity) as bank statements in Odoo, using ready-made or custom column mappings.

  • account_bank_statement_import_qif

Lets you import bank statements saved in Quicken Interchange Format (.qif) files into Odoo Accounting, where they are turned into bank statement lines.

  • account_bank_statement_import_split

When importing a bank statement file, you can choose to keep it as one statement or split it into daily, weekly or monthly statements. Each resulting statement gets its own name, date and opening/closing balances.

  • account_bank_statement_import_transfer_move

Adds an option on bank journals to automatically create a balancing line when importing a bank statement, so the statement ends at a zero balance.

  • account_bank_statement_import_txt_xlsx

Import bank statements from TXT, CSV or XLSX files by defining reusable column mappings, so transactions are created automatically in Odoo.

  • account_cash_basis_group_base_line

Groups the base lines created in cash basis journal entries, so that fewer lines are generated when taxes are recognised on payment. This keeps the cash basis journal entry shorter and easier to read.

  • account_cash_discount_base_sale

When you invoice a sales order that has a payment term, Odoo now automatically applies the cash discount settings linked to that payment term on the created invoice.

  • account_check_deposit_operating_unit

Adds an Operating Unit to check deposits, taken automatically from the deposit's journal, and limits each user to seeing only the check deposits of the operating units they are allowed to access.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_base

Provides the shared setup for accrued expenses and revenues in Odoo: default accrual accounts per company, tax accrual accounts per tax, and extra quantity/unit price columns on cutoff lines.

  • account_cutoff_accrual_dates

Adds accrued expense and accrued revenue cutoffs based on the start and end dates of invoice lines, so you can provision revenue or costs that belong to a period before the cutoff date even if the invoice is dated later.

  • account_cutoff_prepaid

Compute prepaid expenses and prepaid revenue at period end and generate the related cut-off journal entries. Uses the start and end dates of invoice lines to split amounts between accounting periods.

  • account_document_reversal

Instead of deleting journal entries when you cancel an invoice, payment or bank statement line, this module creates a reversed entry so the accounting history is preserved. You choose per journal whether cancellation deletes or reverses.

  • account_e-invoice_generate

Lets you choose, per company, which electronic invoice XML format (if any) is embedded inside the PDF invoice. It is a technical bridge so UBL and Factur-X modules can coexist.

  • account_fiscal_position_allowed_journal

Lets you restrict which journals can be used on invoices linked to a fiscal position. If an invoice uses a journal that is not allowed, Odoo blocks it when you try to post.

  • account_fiscal_position_allowed_journal_purchase

When you create a vendor bill from a purchase order, Odoo automatically picks the purchase journal allowed by the order's fiscal position, if that fiscal position allows exactly one purchase journal.

  • account_fiscal_position_allowed_journal_sale_purchase

Glue module that keeps the fiscal position you selected on invoices and vendor bills when the customer or shipping address changes, so the allowed-journal rules from the fiscal position are not lost.

  • account_fiscal_position_rule

Lets you define country/state based rules that automatically pick the right fiscal position on sales, invoices, purchases and pickings, instead of relying only on the customer's default fiscal position.

  • account_fiscal_position_rule_purchase

Automatically sets the correct fiscal position on purchase orders based on rules you define. When you change the vendor, delivery address, or company, Odoo picks the matching fiscal position for taxes and accounts.

  • account_fiscal_position_rule_sale

Automatically selects the correct fiscal position on a sales order based on the customer, invoice address, delivery address and company, using rules configured for sales.

  • account_invoice_comment_template

Adds a Comments tab on invoices where you can attach predefined comment templates, and prints those comments on the invoice PDF either before or after the invoice lines.

  • account_invoice_customer_no_autofollow

Adds a setting in Odoo that stops customers and vendors from being automatically added as followers on invoices. When enabled, creating or posting an invoice no longer subscribes the invoice partner to its messages.

  • account_invoice_force_origin

Lets selected users edit the "Origin" (Source Document) field on draft invoices and bills, so they can force a different origin than the one Odoo filled in automatically.

  • account_invoice_margin_sale_delivered_sync

Keeps the cost price used for margin on customer invoices in line with the delivered cost from the related sales order, and lets you choose whether posted invoices are updated too.

  • account_invoice_report_payment_info

Adds extra payment details to the printed invoice report. A system setting lets you choose which payment information is shown next to each payment line on the invoice PDF.

  • Account Invoice Show Currency RateOdoo 13, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_invoice_show_currency_rate

Shows the real currency rate actually used on posted invoices and their journal items, instead of the rate currently configured in Odoo. Useful when an invoice was posted with a different rate or the amount in foreign currency was changed manually.

  • account_invoice_supplier_ref_reuse

Allows the same supplier invoice reference to be used on more than one vendor bill, instead of Odoo blocking it as a duplicate.

  • Account Journal Restrict ModeOdoo 13, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_journal_restrict_mode

This module forces the "Lock Posted Entries with Hash" option on for all Sales, Purchase and Miscellaneous journals, so posted entries in those journals can no longer be changed. Bank and Cash journals are left untouched.

  • account_maturity_date_default

Automatically fills in the due date of receivable and payable journal items with the journal entry date when no due date has been set, so you no longer have to type it manually.

  • account_move_line_cumulated_balance

Adds a running (cumulated) balance column to journal items, with a dedicated menu entry, list, pivot and graph views. It shows the balance accumulated up to each line, including the opening balance before the selected period.

  • account_move_line_manufacture_info

Links journal entries created by manufacturing and unbuild orders to the order that generated them, so accountants can trace each accounting line back to its production or unbuild order.

  • account_move_line_residual

Shows the residual (still unpaid/unreconciled) amount on journal item lines and adds ready-made filters to find partially or fully reconciled entries.

  • Account Move Post Date UserOdoo 12, 13, 16, 17, 18, 19
    account_move_post_date_user

Adds two read-only fields to journal entries showing when the entry was last posted and which user posted it, so you can trace who posted each accounting entry and when.

  • account_move_reconcile_forbid_cancel

Prevents users from cancelling or resetting to draft any invoice or journal entry that has already been reconciled (paid).

  • account_multi_vat_sale

Automatically picks the correct tax administration and customer VAT number for sales orders and customer invoices based on the delivery address country, and shows them on the sales order form and printed quotation/order.

  • account_payment_show_invoice

Adds a column to the Payments list showing which invoices each payment is linked to, and lets you filter or search payments by those invoices.

  • account_payment_term_restriction

Lets you mark each Payment Term as usable only for Sales, only for Purchases, or for All, and blocks users from picking a wrong-type Payment Term on invoices, credit notes, bills or refunds.

  • account_payment_term_restriction_purchase

Restricts which payment terms can be used on purchase orders and on vendor records, so only terms marked as applicable to purchases (or to all) are allowed.

  • account_payment_term_restriction_sale

Restricts which payment terms can be used on sales orders and customer records, so only terms marked as applicable to Sales or All can be selected.

  • Payment Term SecurityOdoo 13, 15, 17
    account_payment_term_security

Restricts who can change payment terms on customer/supplier records and invoices. Users without the new "Change payment terms in partners and invoices" permission see those fields as read-only.

  • account_portal_invoice_search

Lets customers search their invoices and bills in the Odoo customer portal by invoice number or payment reference, instead of only browsing the list.

  • account_portal_invoice_search_by_lot

Lets customers search their invoices and bills in the Odoo customer portal by the lot or serial number of the products they bought.
