  • sale_order_blanket_order_stock_prebook_release

This module ensures that when blanket orders are confirmed, the priority date for releasing stock is set to the blanket order's start date, so that reservations and releases follow the correct order.

  • sale_order_country_allowed_product

Restrict which products can be sold based on the shipping address country. Products can be limited to specific countries, and sales orders with unavailable products cannot be confirmed.

  • sale_order_currency_rate

Lets you choose whether sale orders display the exchange rate between the order currency and the company currency, and in which direction (normal, inverse, both or none).

  • sale_order_end_user

Adds an "End User" field to sale orders, so you can record the final customer who will actually use the goods, separately from the delivery address.

  • sale_order_general_discount_triple

Lets you choose which of the three discount fields on a sale order line receives the order's general discount and which receives the pricelist discount, so both discounts can coexist on the same line.

  • Sale Order ImportOdoo 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19
    sale_order_import

Lets users upload a customer RFQ or order file (XML or PDF with embedded XML) and automatically create or update a quotation in Odoo, matching the customer, products and prices.

  • sale_order_import_edifact

Lets you import customer orders received as EDIFACT/D96A files directly into Odoo sales orders, matching the customer and delivery/invoice addresses by their GLN codes.

  • sale_order_invoicing_picking_filter

Lets you invoice a sale order based on the specific deliveries or receipts you choose, instead of invoicing everything at once. You pick the pickings in the invoice wizard and Odoo creates the invoice from those products.

  • sale_order_invoicing_queued

This module lets you send sales order invoicing to the background as queued jobs, so large batches of invoices are created in parallel instead of blocking the screen. A new 'Enqueue Invoicing' button appears in the invoicing wizard.

  • sale_order_line_cancel_sale_stock

Cancel only the remaining stock to deliver on a sale order line, without touching quantities already delivered. The cancelled quantity is tracked on the sale order line.

  • Sale Order Line Delivery StateOdoo 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19
    sale_order_line_delivery_state

Lets you choose a sales order line field where a product attribute value is automatically copied, so attribute values become available for reporting and analysis.

Adds a button on each sale order line that moves the line into the optional products section, removing it from the main order lines. It only works while the quotation is still a draft or sent.

  • sale_order_line_no_print

Lets you hide individual quotation, sale order and invoice lines from the documents your customer receives, while keeping those lines in Odoo for internal use.

  • sale_order_line_price_lock_by_pricelist

Lets you lock the unit price and discount on sales order lines based on the pricelist rule scope, so salespeople cannot change prices that come from a pricelist rule you want to protect.

  • sale_order_line_product_attribute_values

This module adds stored fields on sale order lines that collect every product attribute value used by the line, so you can see them on the line form and filter or group sale order lines by attribute values.

  • Sale Order Line RemoveOdoo 13, 15, 16, 18
    sale_order_line_remove

Lets you delete sale order lines from confirmed orders when they have not been invoiced or delivered, after enabling the option in Sales settings.

Lets you write a specific sales description for each product variant, which is then used as the line text on sale orders instead of the generic product description.

Set a minimum sales order amount per company; sales users cannot confirm orders at or below that amount, while sales managers are exempt.

Adds a setting in Sales that makes the payment terms on a sale order come from the invoice address instead of the customer. When enabled, changing the invoice address updates the order's payment terms automatically.

  • sale_order_product_picker

Adds a visual product picker tab to sale orders so salespeople can quickly add, update or remove order lines by clicking product cards, with filters for availability, attributes, categories and last sales.

When you use the product recommendation wizard on a sale order, this module also carries over the elaborations and elaboration notes from the customer's previous orders, so you can accept or adjust them before adding the products.

  • sale_order_product_recommendation_packaging_default

When using the recommended products wizard on a sale order, you can now choose a sales packaging and the number of packages for each recommended line, and that packaging information is carried over to the sale order line.

  • sale_order_product_recommendation_product_sold_by_delivery_week

Shows weekly delivered sales and stock on hand directly inside the sales order product recommendation wizard, so salespeople can pick products with better information.

Adds a "Quick Add Recommended Products" button on the sale order form that instantly inserts the recommended products, without opening the recommendation wizard.

  • sale_order_recurrence

Lets salespeople duplicate a sale order into a series of future quotations at regular weekly or monthly intervals, useful for repeat customers who order the same products on a schedule.

  • sale_order_report_hide_tax

Automatically hides the Taxes column in the quotation/sale order PDF sent to customers when all lines share the same tax group, so the document stays clean and avoids redundant tax information.

Prevents users from duplicating a sales order when any of its lines use an archived product, showing an error message listing the archived products.

  • sale_order_safe_commitment_date

This module prevents salespeople from promising a delivery date earlier than the date Odoo expects the products to be ready. It adds a warning on the sales order and automatically adjusts the promised date when the order is confirmed.

Adds a 'Sales Line' search field to the Sales Orders search view, so users can find sale orders by the description of their order lines.

  • Sale Order TagsOdoo 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19

  • sale_partner_sale_contact

When a sale order creates a project through a service product, the sale contact person recorded on the order is automatically copied onto the new project, and that contact is shown on the project form.

  • sale_payment_sheet_financial_risk

Adds a new risk amount on partners for payments collected on sale payment sheets that are still pending. You can deduct these pending amounts from the partner's financial risk and see them grouped by risk field.

  • Sale planner calendarOdoo 15, 16, 18
    sale_planner_calendar

  • sale_pricelist_display_surcharge

Lets you always show a price surcharge (negative discount) to customers on sales orders, instead of hiding it as standard Odoo does. You enable it per pricelist rule with a new checkbox.

  • sale_pricelist_from_commitment_date

Use the sales order Delivery Date (commitment date) instead of the order date when the pricelist calculates unit prices. Also lets you show the Delivery Date in the order header and make it mandatory.

  • sale_procurement_customer

When a sales order is confirmed, the customer of the order is now copied onto the procurement group created for its stock moves, so the customer is visible on the related procurement/stock documents.

  • Sale Product Category MenuOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16
    sale_product_category_menu

Adds a 'Product Categories' menu item under Sales > Configuration > Products, giving quick access to the product category list from the Sales app.

  • sale_product_company_multi_add
