Helpdesk Management - Nonconformity

This module connects helpdesk tickets with quality nonconformities so the same issue can be tracked in both places.

On a helpdesk ticket you get a new "Nonconformity" field and, once a nonconformity is linked, a stat button in the ticket's button box that opens it. A server action named "Create Nonconformity" is available on tickets; it builds a nonconformity using the ticket's name, customer, description, assigned user and team manager, and links the ticket to it. If a ticket already has a nonconformity, the action is blocked with an error message.

Each helpdesk stage can be mapped to a nonconformity stage. Default mappings are preloaded (New, In Progress, Awaiting, Done, Cancelled). When a ticket's stage changes, the linked nonconformity's stage is updated automatically, and vice versa: changing the nonconformity's stage updates the linked tickets. This two-way sync is protected against loops.

On the nonconformity side, a "Tickets" tab lists all linked tickets and a stat button shows how many tickets are linked, opening the filtered ticket list. The nonconformity form, ticket form, ticket search view and helpdesk stage form/list are extended to show these new fields.
