  • Account Payment PartnerOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_payment_partner

Set default payment modes on customers and suppliers, and let Odoo fill the payment mode automatically on invoices and journal items. Control how the bank account appears on the printed invoice.

  • Account Payment Promissory NoteOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_payment_promissory_note

Mark customer payments as promissory notes and set a due date on them. The due date is automatically filled from the invoices being paid and is carried over to the accounting entry.

  • Partner Payment Return RiskOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_payment_return_financial_risk

Adds a new risk category for returned customer payments on the partner form, so you can set a limit and include returned payments in the partner's financial risk. When the limit is exceeded, the partner is blocked from confirming sale orders.

  • account_payment_show_invoice

Adds a column to the Payments list showing which invoices each payment is linked to, and lets you filter or search payments by those invoices.

  • account_payment_state_keep_draft

Lets you choose, per company, whether payments created with the Register Payment wizard stay in Draft or are posted immediately, for both customer and vendor payments.

  • account_payment_tier_validation

Adds an approval workflow to vendor and customer payments: payments can require one or more reviewers before they can be confirmed, and users can filter payments that need their review or are already validated.

  • Account Payment Widget AmountOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_payment_widget_amount

Lets you choose how much of an outstanding payment or credit note to apply to an invoice, instead of always applying the full amount. A small pop-up appears when you click the outstanding item in the invoice form.

  • account_portal_invoice_search

Lets customers search their invoices and bills in the Odoo customer portal by invoice number or payment reference, instead of only browsing the list.

  • account_product_fiscal_classification

Lets you define ready-made combinations of purchase and sale taxes (fiscal classifications) and assign one to each product, instead of picking taxes manually. You can also set rules that forbid certain tax combinations for certain product categories.

  • Impresión de pagaré CaixaBank A4Odoo 12, 13, 15, 16, 18
    account_promissory_note_caixabank

Adds a CaixaBank A4 promissory note layout that can be selected on the company and printed from payments, placing the due date, amount, payee and amount in words on the official form.

  • account_receipt_send

Adds a Send button on receipt documents so you can email the receipt PDF to the customer using a dedicated receipt email template.

  • account_reconcile_due_date

Adds a Due date field on bank statement lines and, when the line is reconciled, copies that date onto the journal items' maturity date.

  • account_reconcile_model_oca

Adds reconciliation model rules back to Odoo Community so bank statement lines can be automatically matched with invoices, bills and other journal items, with optional write-offs and payment tolerance.

  • account_reconcile_oca_add_default_filters

When a bank statement line has a partner, the Reconcile tab automatically filters journal items to show only receivable, payable and outstanding payment/receipt lines, hiding VAT lines by default.

  • account_reconcile_oca_queue

Lets you run automatic bank statement reconciliation in the background as a queue job instead of waiting for it to finish on screen. A new setting on the company controls whether auto-reconciliation is deferred.

  • account_reconcile_restrict_partner_mismatch

Prevents reconciling receivable and payable journal items that belong to different partners (or one with a partner and one without). Also provides a report listing already-reconciled items that break this rule.

  • account_reconcile_sale_order

Lets you match incoming bank payments to sales orders and invoice them only when the money is received, avoiding invoices for customers who never pay.

  • account_reconcile_wizard

Reconcile journal items using a guided wizard instead of the reconciliation widget. It can transfer balances between two accounts and create write-off entries when amounts do not match.

  • account_refund_early_payment_discount

Extends early payment discounts to customer credit notes and vendor refunds, so the same discount logic used on invoices also applies to refunds.

  • account_reporting_volume

Adds a Volume measure to the invoices analysis view, so users can see the total product volume of invoiced goods, with returns and refunds subtracted.

  • account_reporting_weight

Adds a Weight measure to the Invoices Analysis reporting view, so users can see the total product weight of invoiced lines alongside amounts and quantities.

  • Account Sequence OptionOdoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_sequence_option

Lets you choose different numbering sequences for invoices, bills, refunds, payments and journal entries, instead of Odoo's single default sequence per journal.

  • Cost-Revenue SpreadOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_spread_cost_revenue

Spread a cost or revenue from an invoice over several months, quarters or years, so big one-off amounts are evened out. Odoo creates the recurring journal entries automatically and reconciles them with the invoice line.

  • Import CODA Bank StatementOdoo 14, 16, 17, 18
    account_statement_import_coda

This module lets you import Belgian CODA bank statement files (.coda or .CD2) directly into Odoo's bank statement import wizard, creating bank statements and transactions automatically.

  • account_statement_import_generate_unique_id

Adds an option on bank journals so imported bank statement lines without a source identifier still get a unique import ID, preventing the same transactions from being imported twice.

  • account_statement_import_move_line

This module lets accountants turn existing journal items (unreconciled receivable/payable entries) into bank statement lines. A wizard filters and selects the move lines, then creates the statement lines in one click.

  • Import OFX Bank StatementOdoo 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    account_statement_import_ofx

Lets you import bank statements in OFX format directly into Odoo, including files that contain several bank accounts at once.

  • account_statement_import_ofx_by_acctid

Adds an OFX ACCTID field to bank accounts and uses it to match imported OFX bank statements to the correct journal, falling back to the account number when empty.

  • account_statement_import_online_plaid

Connect Odoo bank journals to Plaid.com so bank transactions are downloaded automatically into online bank statements. Users link their Plaid account from the provider form and then sync statements.

  • account_statement_import_online_wise

Connect Odoo to Wise.com (formerly TransferWise) to automatically download bank transactions into online bank statement providers. Configure the API key, choose a Wise profile, and optionally set up strong customer authentication.

  • account_statement_import_sheet_html_file

Lets you import bank statements from files that look like XLSX but are actually HTML tables, using the same column mapping screens as other spreadsheet imports.

  • account_statement_line_order

Adds a setting on bank journals to choose how bank statement lines are ordered, so lines from the same imported statement stay together instead of being mixed with other statements of the same day.

  • account_statement_reconcile_status

Adds a reconciliation status badge to bank statements so you can see at a glance which statements are not started, in progress, or fully reconciled, and flags statements that were changed after being fully reconciled.

  • account_tax_group_widget_base_amount

Shows the base amount next to each tax group in the tax totals widget on invoices and receipts, so users see the amount the tax was calculated on.

  • account_tax_legal_notes_translate

Makes the legal notes shown on invoices translatable, so the same tax can display its legal note in the customer's language.

  • account_tax_one_vat

Lets you mark taxes as VAT and, when enabled per company, prevents selecting more than one VAT tax on invoice lines and on products. It warns or blocks the user so each line keeps a single VAT tax.

  • account_tax_one_vat_purchase

Limits purchase order lines to a single VAT tax, preventing users from selecting more than one VAT tax on the same line.

  • account_tax_one_vat_sale

Limits sales order lines to a single VAT tax. When more than one VAT tax is selected on a line, Odoo blocks saving and shows a warning.

  • account_tax_rounding_method

Lets you choose how tax amounts are rounded on invoices and other accounting documents: Half-up (default), Round-up or Round-down. The setting can be defined company-wide and overridden per customer or vendor.

  • account_vendor_bank_account_default

Lets you choose a default bank account for each vendor so their vendor bills automatically use it. You can also switch the default off for a vendor when you want to pick the account manually.

  • account_vendor_bank_account_default_purchase

Automatically fills the vendor's default bank account on purchase orders when the payment method requires a bank account, so vendor bills inherit the right account.

  • account_voucher_killer

Restricts who can register payments from invoices in Odoo. Only users in the new "Payments for Invoices" group see the Register Payment buttons, the bulk payment action, and the Customer/Supplier Payments menus.

  • account_warn_option

Lets you pick a ready-made warning option on a customer or vendor so the invoice warning message is filled in automatically, instead of typing it by hand.

    agreement_account

Link customer invoices and vendor bills to an agreement, and see all related invoices directly from the agreement form.

Link helpdesk tickets to agreements and see all tickets related to an agreement from a smart button on the agreement form.

When a helpdesk ticket linked to an agreement creates a Field Service order, the same agreement is automatically carried over to the new order.

  • Agreements LegalOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18

Manage legal agreements, letters of intent and contracts in Odoo: build them from templates with sections, clauses, recitals and appendices, generate PDF documents, and track versions, signatures and review dates.

    agreement_repair

Link repair orders to an agreement and see all related repair orders from the agreement form with a smart button.

  • Agreement Service ProfileOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18

Adds a Service Profile object to agreements, letting you track the services delivered under a contract with their own stages, products and notes.

  • agreement_sign_oca

Send any agreement for electronic signature directly from Odoo and automatically move it to a chosen stage once fully signed, attaching the signed PDF.

  • ai_connection

  • ai_connection_openai

Adds OpenAI as a connection type in the AI Connection settings, letting users configure an API key, model, URL and temperature to chat with OpenAI-compatible services.

  • AI OCA BridgeOdoo 16, 17, 18
    ai_oca_bridge

  • Ai Oca Bridge ChatterOdoo 16, 17, 18
    ai_oca_bridge_chatter

Lets you assign an AI chatbot to a user so it answers automatically in Odoo's chat and chatter conversations. The chatbot's logic runs in an external system, and the AI user appears online.

  • ai_oca_bridge_document_page

Connects Odoo Documents (Knowledge pages) to AI Bridges so that creating, updating or deleting a page can automatically notify an external AI service. It is a technical connector with no new screens.
