Migrating from Odoo 19 to Odoo 20: which OCA modules are available

Adds a Product States menu entry under the Sales configuration, so sales managers can reach product state settings directly from the Sales app. It also grants sales managers the product state management rights.

Automatically sets a product's status (New, Discontinued, Phase Out, End-Of-Life) from three dates on the Sales tab, so users no longer pick the status by hand.
