Modules in this area

  • res_partner_linkedin_link

Adds a LinkedIn Account field to contacts and companies, visible on the contact form, list and kanban views, and shown on the website contact widget when filled in.

  • res_partner_mastodon_link

Adds a "Mastodon Account" field to contacts and companies in Odoo, so you can store and show each partner's Mastodon profile link in forms, lists, kanban cards and website contact blocks.

  • Partner with Operating UnitOdoo 12, 17, 18, 19
    res_partner_operating_unit

Adds Operating Units to contacts and restricts which contacts each user can see based on their allowed Operating Units. Contacts linked to a user automatically inherit that user's Operating Units.

  • res_partner_product_pricelist_operating_unit

Keeps a customer's assigned pricelist consistent with the Operating Units the customer belongs to, blocking pricelists from unauthorized units and filtering the choices shown on the partner form.

  • Resource bookingOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    resource_booking

Create bookable appointment types with availability calendars and resource combinations, then let customers or staff book slots that automatically create calendar meetings and detect conflicts.

  • role_policy

Replaces Odoo's standard security groups with flat roles. Administrators assign roles to users, menus, actions and views, and each role explicitly grants access rights, menu visibility and view behaviour.

  • role_policy_account

Adds an access right that controls who is allowed to post journal entries in accounting. When the role policy app is installed together with Accounting, posting an invoice or journal entry can be blocked for users without the right.

  • role_policy_demo

Installs sample roles, users and screen rules so you can try out the Role Policy module. It creates a 'Data Maintenance' role with access to Contacts and a 'Chief Security Officer' role, plus demo users dm and cso.

  • role_policy_hr

Adds HR-specific protection to the Role Policy app: the HR Officer group is treated as untouchable, and saving your own user profile refreshes the page so role changes take effect immediately.

  • role_policy_hr_expense

Makes the standard Expense menus visible to all internal users, so employees can reach their own expense notes without adding expense menus to their role. Expense approval menus stay limited to team approvers.

  • role_policy_sale

Adds role-based access control to product sales counts, hiding the sold quantity from users who cannot read sales reports.

  • Disable RPCOdoo 12, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19
    rpc_helper

This module lets administrators block external RPC (remote) calls to specific Odoo models or methods, or to all methods of a model. It adds a configuration field on each model's form to list the methods to disable.

  • sale_crm_operating_unit

When you create a quotation from an opportunity, the quotation automatically inherits the opportunity's operating unit. Odoo also blocks saving a sales order whose operating unit differs from its linked opportunity.

  • sale_customer_order_frequency

Adds three order-frequency indicators to contacts: average days between orders, days since the last order and days before the next expected order. They are calculated automatically from confirmed sales orders and shown on the contact form and list.

  • Sale Customer RankOdoo 13, 14, 16, 17, 18
    sale_customer_rank

When a sale order is created, the customer rank of the customer and its parent company is automatically increased, so Odoo recognises them as active customers.

  • sale_multi_operating_unit

Lets a salesperson request an internal quote from another operating unit directly on a sales order, and automatically creates a CRM opportunity for that unit when the request is sent.

  • Operating Unit in SalesOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sale_operating_unit

Adds an Operating Unit to quotations, sales orders and sales analysis, so each sale belongs to a specific organizational unit. Users only see sales orders, order lines and sales reports for the operating units they are allowed to access.

  • sale_operating_unit_sequence

Assign a dedicated sale order numbering sequence to each operating unit, so new sale orders are numbered per operating unit instead of using one shared sequence.

  • sale_partner_company

Lets you set a default selling company on a customer, so sales orders for that customer are automatically assigned to the right company.

  • Sale Partner Company GroupOdoo 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sale_partner_company_group

Adds a company group field to sale orders, taken automatically from the customer, so you can see and group sales orders by company group. It also warns you when a contact's pricelist differs from its company group's pricelist.

  • sale_partner_operating_unit

Automatically fills the Operating Unit on a sales order from the customer's Operating Unit when the customer belongs to exactly one Operating Unit and no sales team is set.

  • sale_portal_debranding

Removes Odoo branding from the "Connect your software" pop-up on the customer sale portal page, replacing the Odoo-specific wording with neutral text and dropping the "Get your Odoo" block.

  • sale_product_company

Lets you choose, on each product, the list of companies where it can be sold. In a sales order, only products allowed for that order's company can be picked.

  • sale_product_company_multi_add

When adding several products at once to a sales order, only products that are allowed to be sold in the order's company are offered. This keeps the multi-add product list consistent with the company restrictions set on each product.

  • sale_product_pricelist_operating_unit

On the sales order form, the pricelist field only offers pricelists that belong to the same operating unit as the order (or pricelists with no operating unit).

  • Operating Unit in Sales StockOdoo 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18
    sale_stock_operating_unit

Keeps sales orders and their deliveries aligned with the correct operating unit by automatically choosing a matching warehouse and blocking mismatched combinations.

  • sale_stock_warehouse_multicompany

Lets several companies sell stock kept in one shared warehouse. The sale stays with the selling company, while the stock moves belong to the company that owns the warehouse.

  • sale_template_operating_unit

Adds an Operating Unit field to Sale Order Templates, so each template belongs to a specific operating unit. Users only see templates from operating units they are allowed to access.

  • Sale Tier ValidationOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sale_tier_validation

Adds an approval workflow to sales orders and quotations: orders can require one or more validation tiers before they can be confirmed, and printing can be blocked until approval.

  • Sales Team Operating UnitOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sales_team_operating_unit

Adds an Operating Unit to Sales Teams, so each team can be linked to a business unit. Users only see the sales teams belonging to the operating units they are allowed to access.

  • Scheduler Error MailerOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    scheduler_error_mailer

Sends an automatic e-mail to the scheduler's responsible user whenever a scheduled action (cron) fails, including the error message and details of the task. Each scheduled action gets an 'Error E-mail Template' field to choose which e-mail is sent.

  • search_engine_image_thumbnail

Configure thumbnail sizes per search engine backend, model and image field, so that image thumbnails are generated and indexed alongside your records. A new Thumbnails menu lets you manage sizes and see the generated thumbnails.

  • search_engine_serializer_pydantic

Adds a Pydantic section to the search engine index form that shows the JSON schema of the records stored in the index when the index uses a Pydantic-based serializer.

  • SentryOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sentry

This module connects your Odoo server to Sentry so that technical errors and warnings are automatically reported to your Sentry account. It is configured through the Odoo configuration file, not through screens in Odoo.

  • sentry_client

Capture JavaScript errors from the Odoo web client in Sentry, with optional performance tracing, session replay, CPU profiling, console-log capture and a 'Report a bug' button. Configure everything from Settings and let each user opt out of session recording.

  • Check Digit on SequencesOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18
    sequence_check_digit

Lets you add an automatic check digit to the end of any sequence number in Odoo, using standard formulas like EAN, Luhn or ISO 7064, so mistyped or swapped characters can be detected.

  • sequence_custom_data

Technical add-on that lets other modules insert their own custom codes into sequence prefixes and suffixes. It is not useful on its own; developers must extend it to supply the values.

  • Sequence from Python expressionOdoo 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sequence_python

Lets you build sequence numbers with a Python formula instead of a plain counter, so you can create alphanumeric codes, random values or UUIDs. A new 'Python Code' tab appears on sequence forms with a live preview.

  • sequence_range_end

Adds a new placeholder for sequence prefixes and suffixes that uses the end date of a date range instead of the current date, e.g. %(range_end_year)s. Useful for numbering documents based on the closing period of a range.

  • Reset Sequences on selected period rangesOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    sequence_reset_period

Lets you choose how often a sequence's numbering period resets — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly — instead of only yearly. The reset period is set on each sequence and used automatically when new number ranges are created.

  • server_action_domain

Adds a Domain field to server actions so you can restrict which records the action runs on. When the action is triggered, only records matching the filter are processed.

  • Server Action LoggingOdoo 15, 16, 17
    server_action_logging

Adds logging around the execution of server actions in Odoo, recording when an action starts and when it finishes with its duration. A new 'Enable SQL Debug' option on the server action form also logs the SQL queries run during that action.

  • Mass EditingOdoo 16, 17, 18, 19
    server_action_mass_edit

Lets users edit many records at once from a list view: you configure a 'Mass Edit Records' server action that lists the fields to change, then a pop-up wizard applies the new values to all selected records.

  • server_action_mass_edit_onchange

Extends Mass Editing server actions so each field line can trigger the normal onchange rules before values are written. Users tick 'Play onchanges' per field, and Odoo recalculates dependent fields automatically during the mass update.

  • Server Actions - NavigateOdoo 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19
    server_action_navigate

Adds a new "Navigate" server action type that lets you jump from a selection of records to a list of related records, following a chain of relational fields.

  • server_action_sort

Adds a new 'Sort' option to Server Actions so you can automatically renumber the lines of any one-to-many list (for example sale order lines) according to criteria you choose.

  • server_env_printing_server

Lets administrators store the printing server address, port, user and password in the server environment configuration instead of typing them in Odoo, so connection details can be managed outside the database.

  • server configuration environment filesOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    server_environment

Lets administrators move sensitive or environment-specific settings (paths, credentials, server addresses) out of the Odoo database and into configuration files or environment variables, and view the active configuration from a dedicated screen.

  • server_environment_autocreate

Automatically creates records in Odoo when a matching configuration section is found in the server environment file, using the server_environment module.

  • Server Environment Data EncryptionOdoo 12, 14, 16, 17, 18
    server_environment_data_encryption

Lets administrators store environment-specific configuration values (like API keys or credentials) in encrypted form inside Odoo, and edit them for each environment from the production server.

  • server_environment_files_sample

This module is an example configuration file repository used together with the server_environment module. It adds no screens or features by itself; it only provides sample environment configuration files.

  • server_environment_iap

Lets administrators define IAP account credentials (service name and account token) in server environment configuration files instead of typing them in Odoo, so production and test environments can use different IAP accounts.

  • Server Environment Ir Config ParameterOdoo 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    server_environment_ir_config_parameter

Lets Odoo system parameters be driven by the server configuration file instead of the database. Parameters defined there are marked as environment-defined and become read-only in the interface.

  • Store sessions in DBOdoo 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19
    session_db

Stores Odoo web user sessions in a PostgreSQL database instead of on the server's filesystem, so several Odoo servers can share the same logins without a shared disk.

  • Slow SQL Statement LoggerOdoo 12, 13, 14, 17
    slow_statement_logger

Logs slow SQL statements so administrators can spot database queries that take too long. It adds no menus or screens; it works in the background.

Lets users link social media accounts, prepare and schedule posts to publish on them, and follow daily statistics (likes, comments, shares, clicks, impressions) per account and per marketing campaign. It is the shared foundation that the individual social…

  • social_media_calendar

Adds a calendar view to Social Posts so you can see each post on the day it is planned or was published, coloured by its status. Clicking a day creates a new post already scheduled for that date.

  • social_media_linkedin

Connect LinkedIn company pages to Odoo so users can publish posts with images or a video and keep daily page statistics. Personal LinkedIn profiles are not supported.
